All these photographs are from items I personally had to deal with, in addition to organising house clearances. If I am the Administrator for an estate I do not charge any fee or daily rate. Obviously expenses are accounted for and may include hiring honest and diligent staff to clear properties. Rubbish and scrap disposal (including special wastes by specialise contractors). I attend and supervise all house clearances and I inspect every piece of paper.

These photographs represent an example of some of the items I have had to deal with regarding a deceased persons assets. They were located and identified and sorted and had to be valued and sold before the estate valuations were realised.

Many went to specialist auction houses because of their value or special interests.

Sometimes this can take months to find, sort and organise and maybe even open days for visits by companies or people who had dealings with the deceased.
